by WTWizard ini don't know how many times i have heard that lie from the platform.
i have heard that line of rubbish at big and great boasting sessions as well.
the witlesses act as if they get as many toys as worldly people, just scattered throughout the year.. now, i have seen many cases where that simply isn't true.

In the hall I attended there were roughly 15 kids over the years that were young enough to have toys. As far as I could tell, having seen the inside of every room in all their homes, they all had plenty of toys. It didn't appear that any of the children were shortchanged in terms of quantity or quality, and pretty much every category of toy was represented. As far as my own kids, my house often looked like a tornado had hit a Toys R Us. Whenever my kids asked for a toy, I pretty much ran out and bought it. We took regular family vacations that didn't involve attending an assembly, meetings, or field service. I don't feel like my kids were materially deprived, but I do agree that they were deprived of the normal holiday and birthday experiences and the normal ability to develop friendships with other kids outside the hall.

yes, i was going to them, and i was foolish to think i could never get caught.
i have been visiting them for some years, not a daily problems, but occasionaly every month or so - still a problem wethere its once or a hundred times.

I am a woman, and I don't care if my husband looks at porn or plays with himself, as long as he is up to satifying me when I'm interested. It sounds like your wife has a whole host of issues, and the porn thing is largely a scapegoat. I am guessing that she blames you for pretty much everything negative that has ever happened, and she seems to feel unloved and unappreciated. She may have some valid points, or she may be 100% nuts, but if you love her and want to keep her, you are going to have to figure out how to show her that love in a way that she will understand. You may be trying to do all the right things, but they might not be the things she really wants or needs you to do.

I don't think it would be as easy to carry off a similar attack today, unless the attacker was the school janitor. That guy stashed several hundred pounds of dynamite and other explosives in the school over a period of several months. An Oklahoma City style attack is plausible, given that schools in my area don't have traffic control measures to keep vehicles away from the buildings.

The guns we own are not for protection, they are for hunting, and we eat everything Just Ron kills.
I agree with Trillaz' point - a person may be mentally healthy and no risk to anyone when he obtains a gun, but 20 years down the road he may become dangerous. I don't know what the ideal solution is, but I guarantee that if one of my kids showed symptoms of becoming violent or suicidal, our guns would be gone immediately.

our guns are all locked in a metal gun safe, which is bolted to the wall studs in the storage room. The ammunition is stored in a separately locked compartment in the gun safe (it has a different key). The only keys are kept on Just Ron's key ring, and the kids have never seen him open the gun safe.
